APPLICATION PROCEDURE

You must be a McNair Member to apply for the McNair Program.  To become a member create an account to log on to the McNair Members website.

 

APPLICATION DEADLINE: September 30, 2009

A complete McNair Program application includes the following:

  1. a completed and signed application form (submitted on-line)

  2. a personal essay (submitted on-line)

  3. a current transcript (a hard copy – unofficial is fine – must be submitted separately from your on-line application)

  4. one letter of recommendation (pdf form must be downloaded, filled out, and submitted separately)

  5. copies of your own and your parents' or guardians' 2008 federal (1040) tax returns (submitted separately)

All materials should be turned in to the AEP office at Student Center Bldg B, 2nd floor, or sent to the McNair Program at mail code  0311.
