  6. The program requires that students receive one hour each week of supervision and mentoring by the faculty. Without this contact, students often feel isolated and do not perform well as research assistants. Will you have time to meet with your undergraduate research assistant for one hour each week?

     

  7. Students in the program are required to write a research proposal in the Winter Quarter and a research paper or project/technical report in the Spring Quarter. Are you willing to provide suggestions for improvement and detailed comments on your undergraduate research assistant’s proposal and paper?
